
Some of our students from our new "Entrepreneurship" class got to test out their business skills during lunch today. This group of students created a hot dog stand business to learn more about profit margins, marketing, and customer service! #BeUnited

The UHS Kindness Club is hosting a coat drive through December 16th. If you have any new or gently used coats you would like donate, we are collecting them in the UHS main office. This program is in conjunction with The Crossing's "No Kid Cold" program this winter. #BeUnited


Our UHS Wellness Day is underway! Students are taking part in yoga, physical fitness challenges, arts and crafts, and engaging with an alumni panel. Thanks again to all of our presenters for supporting this event! #BeUnited





This Monday we will be conducting our 2nd annual UHS Wellness Day for our students. We have multiple presenters from the surrounding community providing seminars and workshops for our students all geared toward overall physical and mental wellness. #BeUnited


We are so excited to welcome Big River Resources for our UHS Job Fair Friday program tomorrow. Their mission is to improve and stabilize the agricultural economic resources of the multi-state region by establishing corn-based ethanol as the premier renewable fuel. #BeUnited


On Sat. Oct 22nd the UHS Bass Fishing Team hosted a coaches/anglers tournament at Lake Warren. Knoxville HS came in 2nd place with a weight of 9.69 lbs. One of our United teams came in first with 15.13 lbs. Big bass for the tournament was 4.41 lbs! #BeUnited

BOOST Family Fishing Day will be this Sunday at 1:30!! Everyone is invited!!

The UHS Cheerleaders volunteered at the Lutheran Churchās Halloween Party tonight. They dressed up as Zombie Cheerleaders and were in charge of all the games! Huge turn out and fun was had by all!!

United High Schoolās Students of the Month for September are Senior, Chase; Junior, Keira; Sophomore, Chloe; and Freshman, Sara. Chase was nominated by English Teacher, Mr. Klimkewicz in recognition of his hard work. Chase represents the UHS Core Value of āCommitment.ā Keira was nominated by Mrs. Coleman, Ms. Wood, Mrs. Lair, and Mr. Klimkewicz. The common themes in all of Keiraās nominations are her incredible leadership skills, kindness, and drive. Keira represents the UHS Core Values of āIntegrity,ā āEmpathy,ā āPride,ā and āFamily.ā Chloe was nominated by Ms. Butler for going out of her comfort zone in class and being successful in that. The UHS Core Value that Chloe best represents is āCommitment.ā Sara was nominated by our band instructor, Ms. Wood in recognition of Saraās kindness and taking initiative to help others feel welcome and appreciated. Sara represents the āIntegrityā and āEmpathyā core values for UHS. Congratulations to these students!

Family Fall Fun Night at UHS! This Thursday, October 20 from 6-8 pm B.O.O.S.T will be hosting a pumpkin flower arrangement make and take event. All families/friends are invited to attend at the high school. Supplies will be provided and did we mention this is free?


This is just a reminder that the end of the 1st qtr is this Friday. If students need help with their classes, we have tutoring available before school 7:00-7:45 and after school 3:00-5:30 through our 21st CCLC B.O.O.S.T. program. #BeUnited

After careful consideration and advisement from the fire department, we are going to cancel this evenings bonfire due to the Red Flag (Fire Weather) Warning for Warren County. We will provide more information if this event is rescheduled. #BeUnited

Students in Ms. McCullochās shop classes learned firsthand how to operate a fire extinguisher in the event there was a fire emergency during class. Thank you Firefighter Pedigo for taking the time to teach our students; safety first! #BeUnited
