Unfortunately, we do not have a sitter this evening for the PTO meeting. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
We experienced a power outage at UWE only this morning for approximately 45 minutes caused by a bird in a nearby transformer. PK, K and Comms students went to UIS for a restroom break, but the other grades didn't do so since the power was restored. Lunch will be served as usual, and we will proceed with the normal schedule. The students did a marvelous job during the outage!
The PTO meeting is this evening at 6:00 in the cafeteria. We have a sitter for each of the remaining meetings in case you need to bring your child along.
