USave Fundraiser envelopes will be coming home with students today. This went very well last spring. 4 different business are included this time. Thank you for your support!
The K-5th Music Concerts are on Friday December 10th at the high school's new gym. All students should be dressed in school appropriate attire.
K-2nd starts at 6:00 pm in the high school new gym
Students will arrive at 5:45 and go to their spots on the bleachers for the concert to start.
At 6:30 pm teachers will lead their classes out the south gym doors and through the hallways to the old gym.
After the classes have left the gym, parents will follow the classes and pick up their child from the old gym and exit the building. If you have a 3-5 student too you will go back to the new gym.
3rd-5th starts at 7pm
Students will arrive at 6:45 pm and go to their spots on the bleachers for the concert to start. If you only have a 3rd-5th student, please do not arrive until 6:45 in order for the building and parking lot to clear.
At the end we are asking those that are able to please stack your chairs. We will need help putting chairs on the racks and rolling back up the red mats.
We appreciate the great response to the request for candy donations. Thank you for your generosity that helped Trunk or Treat to be successful!
The USave Fundraiser is returning November 1-15 with 4 new local businesses! These make a nice, inexpensive gift or money saver for your family. Plus, local businesses and West are supported!

As a reminder, please be selective in the costume chosen for the parade and Trunk/Treat. Please nothing that could be scary (blood/gore) for children. Also, nothing that would be considered a weapon real or a toy(swords,bats, etc…). Anything determined to be inappropriate won’t be permitted. This is listed in previous posts under costume/parade information. Thank you!

Free food during Trunk or Treat tomorrow evening from 5:00-7:00.
Pizza, hot dogs, chips, cider donuts, juice pouches and water.
Trunk or Treat will be indoors from 5:00-7:00 tomorrow evening. Please enter through the gym pick up/drop off door. It will be a one way procession visiting all classrooms starting down the east hallway and ending in the gym where you may take food with you before exiting through the southwest gym door. Thank you!
The Halloween Parade will be in the gym at 2:15 tomorrow. Please enter through the pick up/drop off door & be seated in the bleachers. Students leaving will return to the gym. Sign outs will be laid out. Please call ahead if someone other than a parent is taking a student home. Thank you!
