The kids have been learning about ocean animals with Mrs Bertelsen. Their challenge today was to choose an ocean animal with their partner and build it using legos.

The gas leak was at the high school. Student drivers should be on their way home. Non-drivers are on buses heading home now.
As a precaution, buses will be leaving West Campus 15 minutes earlier today. These times are approximate: Shuttles-12:35, Regular buses- 12:45, Other- 12:35.
Pick ups will still be at 12:55. Please be mindful of the school buses.

May 4 is for the purpose of teacher inservice. March 10 and March 11 will be parent/teacher conferences. No school for Pre-K on these days.

United West is seeking adult volunteers to deliver a series of six forty-five minute Junior Achievement lessons in second through fifth grade classrooms this spring. The lessons in financial literacy, work and career readiness, and entrepreneurship are prepared for the volunteer so there is little required outside work.
