Tuesday, May 27th is the UIS Behavior Incentive. Students who met the criteria will be eligible to skate at Freedom Roller Rink. Concessions will be available at the rink. If parents wish to opt out, please contact the office. Wednesday, May 28th is the last day of student attendance. Students will be dismissed at 1:00. Pick ups will dismiss at 12:50 to avoid bus traffic.

Which team will earn the gold? UIS students began the Academic Olympics competition. Our athletes and scholars went head to head in 5 events today. Tomorrow will be another day of competition, and medals will be awarded next week to our gold, silver, and bronze teams.

UIS students who have had no more then 1 office referral and no suspensions will travel to Freedom Roller Rink in Monmouth on Tuesday, May 27th to skate for our 4th quarter behavior incident. If you do not want your child to skate, please use the attached form to opt out.

UIS Students who have had less than two office referrals and no suspensions will have the opportunity to roller skate on Tuesday, May 27th. If you do not want your child to roller skate, please return the attached form. Students who do not have behavior issues and do not wish to skate may attend and socialize at Freedom Roller Rink. Students who have had behavior issues that do not allow them to attend will remain at school during the time their grade level skates.
