Mrs. Robertson's class finished JA this past week. It was a great day of learning with Mrs. Oaks.
If you have an incoming 4th grader, join us for a question and answer session at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20th. Then tour the school, meet the teachers, and join the PTO. Open House is scheduled from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Our 4th grade students traveled to Wildlife Prairie Park on Tuesday. Thank you to all our teachers and parent chaperones for making this field trip experience a success!

Two of the great students who make up UIS were recognized at the IPA Student Recognition Breakfast. These students not only show upstanding character, they help make UIS a great place to be each day.

It's Spring Musical Day! Due to our class schedule, set up will begin promptly at 1:00. Seating for audience members will not be available until 1:20 at the earliest. Show time is 1:45. We look forward to enjoying the afternoon together.
Nurse Roberts joined one of our 6th grade RTI classes today to teach students basic first aid skills.

As a part of our 6th grade mystery unit, groups are working to solve “Who Stole the Garden Gnome?”.
