United Parents/Guardians of students who are getting the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine today - your child needs this consent form signed by you in order to receive the 2nd dose. The clinic starts at 1:00. If you need this form sent through email, please email jennifer.stoneking@u304.org.

UHS WRESTLING is wrestling at Peoria Notre Dame today, Saturday, May 1. No stream today.
UHS SOFTBALL and BASEBALL will play against Stark County today, May 1. Games begin at 10 am, it's also a double header. There will be NO streaming today.

On the afternoon of April 28, 2021, United High School administration became aware of an incident on social media regarding two United High School students and the use of a racial slur. The District promptly initiated an investigation and the involved students were immediately removed from school pending the investigation. The District takes such matters seriously, and will not condone the actions, words and behaviors of the involved students. While the District cannot share specifics related to the incident and the involved students due to confidentiality and privacy laws, the District will take appropriate responsive action.
