This was KH's virtual experience tied with the grant from the National Park Trust celebrating Kids to Parks Day. We connected with Ranger Glen from Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park learning facts about lava from their volcanoes. 🌋

● Physical Exam on IL form (Parents please complete the yes/no questions on the back and sign and date)
● Complete immunization record signed by a doctor: check with your healthcare provider for compliance
● Dental Exam on IL form due May 15, 2026(dated within 18 months of May 15th deadline)
● Eye Exam (performed by optometrist) on Illinois form dated within one year of the first day of school.
● Birth Certificate
Second Grade Students:
