State of Illinois Health Requirements for the 2021-2022 School Year
Students will NOT be able to attend school after October 15, 2021 until ALL required physical exams and immunizations are received.

Complete immunization record signed by a doctor: check with your healthcare provider for compliance

As of Friday August 27, the United Community School District will be following the guidelines of the most recent Executive Order from the Governor's office. That order requires that all students and staff will be masking while indoors. This is a change from our original Return to Learn Plan. All school staff will work to make sure that all students are provided with regular mask breaks. Please make arrangements for your students to wear masks starting on Monday August 30th. Here are the health requirements for our upcoming school year:
Grades 3-5 will be taking their IAR state testing next week. Please ensure plenty of rest and encourage eating a good breakfast each day. Breakfasts are available at the school as well. Snacks will be provided by the school.
Our Day of Awesomeness that we earned with our Step It Up fundraiser from last school year has been scheduled for Friday, May 14th. The sixth graders from last year will be returning to participate. It will run throughout the morning. We are very excited that we get to hold the event this year!
Reminder that there are no Prek classes tomorrow (Wednesday 4/7) for professional development purposes. All other classes will be in session.
