It's Book Fair week!!!
Students will be able to make book fair purchases during their library time this week. If their library date is on Friday, your child's teacher will communicate their purchase day!
Book Fair will be open after school daily until 3:45pm. It will also be open during Parent/Teacher Conferences Thursday evening and Friday morning!
Book Fair proceeds go to purchasing more books for each classroom. Thank you for your support!!!
NED Show yoyo sales will run through tomorrow (Tuesday) this week. Please fill out the order form along with money if your child is purchasing a yoyo.
The Regional Office of Education has put together a "Family Support University" website that serves as a resource for families in our community.
It has a calendar of classes on topics that families may need,
Lists of resources our communities offer on various topics,
Family services, and
Community events.

Requirements by Grade Level:
Preschool Students:
Physical Exam (Parents please complete the yes/no questions on the back and sign and date)
Complete immunization record signed by a doctor: check with your healthcare provider for compliance
Birth Certificate
Kindergarten Students:
Physical Exam (Parents please complete the yes/no questions on the back and sign and date)

Dental Exam on IL form due May 15, 2022(dated within 18 months of May 15th deadline)
Eye Exam on Illinois form dated within one year of the first day of school

Thursday October 15, 2021 is the deadline for all required health information

Picture Day is tomorrow, Tuesday, September 14th! Order forms were sent home, but you can also order online. Pre-ordering ensures you get your pictures faster. Lifetouch will send proofs as well and you'll have another opportunity to order that way.
