6th Grade Parents, This is just a reminder that the ISBE requires all students enrolled in 6th grade to have a physical exam and up-to-date immunizations, including a Tdap and Meningitis vaccine, on file at school by Thursday, October 15, 2020. Sports physicals are not acceptable. Students will not be able to attend school starting Friday, October 16th until the required documentation is received. Students that are doing full remote learning must also comply with the October 15th deadline. Please call the school office to make arrangements to get documentation turned in.

Junior High Parents, 1)Parent/Teacher conferences will be done virtually this year on Google Meets. 2)Please call the Junior High office to sign up for a time for Oct. 8th from 4:00-8:00 pm or for Oct. 9th from 8:30-11:30 am. 3) Once a time is scheduled, teachers will be sending Google Meet links to student email addresses. You can use the link to join the Google Meet on your child's Chromebook on the night/day of your conference.

Junior High Students and Parents, Just a few friendly reminders for remote learning: 1) Students need to follow the template in each class and make sure they are completing all the tasks set for the day. 2) Please make sure students are checking their Gmail (email) accounts on their chromebooks. This is another way for teachers to communicate with students while they are at home. 3) Please make sure you are checking Skyward as well. If you need assistance with Skyward please contact the Junior High and would be glad to help.

Parents of Full Remote Students, We will have a textbook pickup on Mon and Tues from 1:30-4:30 at UJH outside the cafeteria doors. Please have your students contact their teachers if they have any questions about materials they may need to pick up.

Hello! If you are a B group student we are looking forward to seeing you at school tomorrow! Please remember to charge your Chromebooks and bring them with you, bring your schedule, and pack lightly with school supplies as you will be carrying around your book bag from class to class. Tonight’s baseball game vs ICS will now start at 5:30 pm. Baseball players should be at the field by 4:30. The game is at The Field of Dreams in Monmouth.

Jr. High baseball will have its first home game tonight at 4:30 in Alexis vs. Galva. If you plan on coming please remember to follow the 6 foot social distancing guidelines. Bleacher seating will be limited so it might be a good idea to bring lawn chairs if you are able.
