As of Friday August 27, the United Community School District will be following the guidelines of the most recent Executive Order from the Governor's office. That order requires that all students and staff will be masking while indoors. This is a change from our original Return to Learn Plan. All school staff will work to make sure that all students are provided with regular mask breaks. Please make arrangements for your students to wear masks starting on Monday August 30th.

On the afternoon of April 28, 2021, United High School administration became aware of an incident on social media regarding two United High School students and the use of a racial slur. The District promptly initiated an investigation and the involved students were immediately removed from school pending the investigation. The District takes such matters seriously, and will not condone the actions, words and behaviors of the involved students. While the District cannot share specifics related to the incident and the involved students due to confidentiality and privacy laws, the District will take appropriate responsive action.
