The United School District will be offering breakfast and lunch opportunities to our students during the Statewide Closure.  These meals will be at normal rates for those paid students and free to those that qualify. A link to an order form is available so that we can have numbers to plan from.

Meals will be packed and distributed for three (3) days at a time (3 Breakfasts and 3 lunches).  Milk (6) will be included in the meal service.

Also, please make sure to note any food restrictions within the survey so that planning can be made on your behalf.

Meals can be picked up at each campus (HS, North, West Elementary) drive through style at the front doors - between 2 and 4 pm.  Parents of students on multiple campuses can pick all meals up at 1 campus. Please clarify in ordering.

Pick up days will be Monday and Thursday - again between 2 and 4 PM.  Reminders will be sent.

If you don’t have access to the order form - you may  call 309.734.9413 during typical office hours to place your order.

For those that may find it more convenient - the Jamieson Center, 1025 S. 2nd Street in Monmouth will have food and toiletry items for those that qualify available through the closure.  Qualification standards can be found at www.jamiesoncommunitycenter.org

Medication -

Any parent that needs student medication currently stored at the school over the closure should contact the school office and schedule a time for pick up.  Medications will not be released without prior consent via phone call.

Emergency -

If a student is in an emergency situation or homeless during the course of the statewide closure - please contact the district office at (309)734-9413 or law enforcement personnel.  Once word is received, the district and agencies will enact a plan to provide a safe daily environment for those students.
