We received word around 9:00 am that there was a gas leak in the greenhouse at the high school. We immediately called Ameren and evacuated the building. Parents and Students: In order to reduce the number of reported online cheating incidents, high school teachers have the option to require students to take tests in-person or during an individual Google Meet conducted after school from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

We will be continuing synchronous learning at the high school through the end of the school year for all remote learners. We are seeing positive results from synchronous learning, so I want to thank everyone for their efforts. Students engaging in remote learning are required to attend each synchronous class period each school day. Student absences from synchronous class periods will be counted as unexcused unless parents/guardians contact the office with a valid excuse. Students are unable to receive credit for work for unexcused absences. These policies also apply to full remote Wednesdays and snow/emergency days.

Today is the deadline for Freshmen (physicals) and Seniors (meningitis vaccine) to complete their health requirements. Full Remote Learners will have the option of returning to in-person learning for the 2nd quarter. Login information will be given at this time.

First Student Council Meeting Today!! Getting ready for homecoming!

Tuesday, September 4, our Jostens Rep. will meet with Seniors in the commons area at the beginning of 8th hour and freshmen at 2:30 to discuss graduation and class ring orders. Graduation and ring orders will be taken from 2 to 3pm on Wednesday, September 11. Students must bring a $60 downpayment to place an order that day.
